Helicobacter pylori 26695

Here we present the predicted transcriptional start sites (TSS) of H. pylori 26695 and coverage files associated with the Methods article "Differential RNA-seq (dRNA-seq) for annotation of transcriptional start sites and small RNAs in Helicobacter pylori" by Thorsten Bischler, Hock Siew Tan, Kay Nieselt and Cynthia M. Sharma.

The new TSS predicted computationally based on four biological replicates for the mid-log condition (ML) are labeled with "TSS_4_ML_replicates" and the manual TSS annotations from our previous study (Sharma et al., Nature, 2010) are depicted under "TSS_454_data".
